My Testimony

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” — Matthew 6:33

This verse is the heartbeat of my journey. It reminds me daily that when we prioritize God, everything else falls into place—often in ways we never expected.

I stand today deeply thankful and grateful to God, in the name of Jesus. His mercy and favor have carried me through trials that could have broken me. If you saw what I’ve been through, you might want to look away—but instead, you see the evidence of His grace. I’ve grown closer to God than I ever imagined possible, and I am living proof that He restores, redeems, and renews.

For over 20 years, I’ve been a faithful member of the Children of God in Christ Church and the Churches Outreach Network. Through these ministries, I’ve had the privilege to serve in programs that touch lives—Senior Citizens outreach, Disaster Recovery, Toys for Tots, Community Corrections, the Food Pantry, and more. Each opportunity has allowed me to be the hands and feet of Christ, bringing hope and help to those in need.

Under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Rodney Coles Sr.—my pastor and my father—I now serve as the Minister of Media and Programs. It’s an honor to walk beside him in ministry and to follow his example of servant leadership.

I know the journey isn’t over. There is still much work to be done in God’s kingdom, and I am ready to do my part. To Him be all the glory. Amen.
